Corrugated plastic dividers turn a standard container into a part-specific one: interlocking slotted partitions create cells, layer pads separate levels, and die-cut shapes locate parts. Fluted polypropylene is light, water-resistant and washable, so the inserts survive many trips where cardboard fails after one.
They are the natural companion to KLT and Euro containers: the container stays standard across the plant, and the insert set changes with the part. Most sets are made to drawing — cell count and size, slot depth, board thickness and colour — and can be welded or edge-sealed where fibres or dust must be avoided.
We quote from the container type (e.g. RL-KLT 6147 or 600 × 400 Euro container) plus the part layout, and supply sets together with the containers where needed.

Yes — send the container type or inner dimensions and the part layout.
Why PP instead of cardboard?
PP flute board is water-resistant, washable and lasts many trips; cardboard is cheaper per piece but usually single-use.
Are the dividers antistatic?
Only if an antistatic/conductive grade is specified and tested — standard PP is not.
