Passive parts, measurable effect

Blanking panels, brush seals and containment do not consume power, but they decide whether cooling air goes through IT equipment or around it. Unfilled rack spaces let hot exhaust recirculate to the front of the rack; sealing them is one of the lowest-cost airflow measures in any data hall. As rack densities climb with AI workloads, integrators are standardising these accessories across every build.

Scope — deliberately limited

We supply physical accessories only. We do not sell PDUs, UPS, cooling units or any product that needs electrical certification. That keeps compliance simple (material flammability ratings, dimensional standards) and lets us focus on high-volume, repeat items.

Frequently asked questions

Will your blanking panels fit our racks?

Tool-less panels are designed for 19-inch EIA-310 racks with square-hole rails. Tell us the rack brand/model or send a photo of the rail; round-hole and threaded rails need other clip types.

Do you supply UL94 V-0 material evidence?

Yes, for panels made from UL94 V-0-rated plastics we supply the material listing/data from the manufacturer.

Can you brand parts with our logo?

Yes — logo moulding, custom colours and retail/bulk packaging for distributors, subject to MOQ.
