Tool-less Blanking Panels (1U / 2U)
Snap-in 19-inch blanking panels for EIA-310 square-hole racks. Flame-retardant ABS (UL94 V-0 grades), 1U and 2U heights, installed without screws or cage nuts.

Empty rack units are open paths for hot exhaust air to recirculate to equipment intakes. Blanking panels close them. Tool-less designs clip directly into square-hole rails, so a technician can fill a rack in minutes and remove panels without tools when equipment is added.
Integrators and operators buy these in thousands, usually as a standard item across every rack in a hall. The purchasing questions are therefore fit (rail type, rack brand), material (UL94 V-0 flame rating), colour and packaging (bulk vs. retail packs for distributors).

Frequently asked questions
Do tool-less panels fit round-hole racks?
Not usually. They are designed for square-hole EIA-310 rails; round-hole or threaded rails need screw-fixed panels.
Why V-0?
Many data-centre specifications require self-extinguishing plastics in the white space; UL94 V-0 is the common requirement for panels.
