Pallet Sleeve Packs (Pallet + Sleeve + Lid)
Three-part returnable packs — plastic pallet base, collapsible sleeve and lid — on 1200 × 800 or 1200 × 1000 footprints. Sleeves fold flat for the return trip.

Sleeve packs are the flexible alternative to rigid pallet boxes: the pallet base and lid are moulded, and the sleeve — often a twin-wall or honeycomb polypropylene board — folds flat. Heights can be increased by stacking sleeves, and the empty pack returns at a fraction of its filled volume.
They are used for bulky or irregular parts in automotive and white-goods supply chains, and increasingly to replace one-way cardboard gaylords in industrial flows.
We configure base, sleeve height, lid and door cut-outs to your parts and handling, and supply dividers and inserts in the same shipment.
Replacement sleeves and lids. Bases usually outlast sleeves. Where the pallet base and lid are still serviceable, replacement sleeves can be made to the existing footprint and locking features, so damaged packs return to the loop without buying complete sets. Send a sample or drawing of the base interface.

We supply material and substance declarations from the manufacturer; operating the reuse system and the declaration as “manufacturer” under PPWR remain with the party placing the packaging on the market.

Sleeve pack or rigid FLC?
Sleeve packs are lighter and more flexible in height; rigid FLCs are sturdier for heavy parts and automated handling.
Can the sleeve be printed?
Yes, with logo and handling instructions, subject to MOQ.
Are lids interchangeable with our current system?
Only if footprints and locking features match; send a sample or drawing.
Can you supply sleeves only, for our existing bases?
Yes, if base footprint and locking features are confirmed from a sample or drawing; sleeves are then made to that interface.
