Why returnable packaging, and why now

Returnable containers pay back through repeated trips, lower damage and less one-way waste. In the EU, the Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation (PPWR) adds regulatory pressure: from 12 August 2026 conformity and declaration duties apply to packaging placed on the market, and reuse targets for transport packaging follow from 2030. Many plants are therefore replacing wooden crates and one-way cartons now.

How we supply

Moulds for standard European formats already exist in China’s injection-moulding clusters. We qualify factories on dimensional accuracy, material (virgin vs. recycled PP/HDPE) and stacking strength, then consolidate containers, inserts and labels into full container loads.

Frequently asked questions

Can you match an existing container in our loop?

Often yes, for standard formats (VDA KLT, 600 × 400, 1200 × 1000 FLC). Send drawings or a sample; we check stacking and handling compatibility before quoting.

Do your containers make us PPWR-compliant?

No container does that on its own. We provide manufacturer declarations on materials and substances; the reuse system and declaration duties sit with the company placing the packaging on the EU market.

Can we add our logo, RFID or barcode labels?

Yes — in-mould logos, label holders, RFID tags and barcode labels are common options, subject to MOQ.
