What we collect
When you send a quotation request or contact form we process the data you enter (name, company, country, email, phone/WhatsApp, product and project details, uploaded files), the page you came from, the language, and a hashed form of your IP address for abuse prevention. We use Cloudflare Turnstile to protect forms from automated abuse.
Why
To answer your enquiry and prepare quotations (steps prior to entering into a contract, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and to protect the website against abuse (legitimate interests, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Storage and processors
Data is stored in Cloudflare’s infrastructure (Cloudflare D1 and R2). Email notifications may be sent through an email-delivery provider. Enquiries are kept as long as needed for the business relationship and statutory retention periods.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, or object to processing, and you may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Contact us via the email address shown on this site.

The public website sets no tracking cookies. The administration area uses a strictly necessary session cookie for signed-in staff only.
