Wire mesh tray is the default for low-voltage and data cabling above racks and under raised floors: it is light, cut and bent on site with bolt cutters, keeps cables visible and allows air to pass.
IEC 61537 does not fix tray sizes; it defines how load and deflection are tested, so each manufacturer publishes its own safe working loads per span. When comparing offers, compare the tested load at your support spacing, wire diameter and finish — not just width and height.
We supply electro-zinc, hot-dip galvanised and stainless finishes, plus splices, supports and brackets. For data halls, black powder-coated tray is common above racks.
